Enquiries and bookings

A website request is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. We review the service, access, availability and price with you. Work is booked only after the details and price have been agreed. The website does not take payments.

Your information

Mo early access registrations: if you opt in, we use your name, email, optional business name and stated needs to contact you about Mo early access. This is a free expression of interest, not a sale, subscription or guarantee of access. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing contact@move4u.lu. Registration records are stored in the same protected website database as enquiries; we retain them while handling your early access request or until you withdraw, unless another lawful retention obligation applies.

Move4U is responsible for the personal information in your enquiry. We collect the name, contact details, requested service and any job details you choose to provide, including dates, addresses, access details and item descriptions. We use them to answer your request and take steps towards a booking at your request. Please do not include sensitive personal information.

Requests are stored in the website database and shown to the Move4U owner through a protected business interface. Hosting uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or trigger an automated quote, booking or message. Any use of an assistant to prepare a response requires owner review.

We retain enquiry information while handling the request and any resulting service, and where retention is needed for applicable accounting obligations or claims. You may contact us to ask about retention of your particular request.

Your choices and rights

You can contact us by phone or email instead of using the form. To request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or to object to use of your information where applicable, write to contact@move4u.lu. You may also complain to Luxembourg’s National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD).

Cookies and hosting

We have not added advertising trackers or marketing cookies to this website. The hosting platform may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site. Enquiry details are not placed in page URLs.
